Dylan SACRAMENTO

Raised in a construction family, I developed a strong foundation in home renovations and real estate development from an early age. As a teenager, I gained hands-on experience working long days with my family’s contracting business, where I was involved in a wide range of projects. From interior renovations and foundation work to framing and general construction, I built a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Outside of construction, I pursued post-secondary education through a full athletic scholarship at Florida Gulf Coast University, where I played and later captained the Men’s Soccer Team. The following year, I realized a lifelong dream by signing my first professional contract. I joined our hometown club Valour FC for its inaugural season as one of the first two local players in club history, before continuing my career internationally in New Zealand and Ireland. In 2020, I transitioned from professional sports to focus full-time on building a career in real estate.

My professional sports background provided me with valuable experience in contract negotiation, complex team dynamics, and navigating high-pressure situations. As a real estate investor myself, I take pride in guiding buyers and sellers to make informed decisions in a variety of circumstances. I bring extensive expertise across residential, rental, commercial, infill, and multi-family real estate.
